Gr33n Thumb Pott3ry is a small, artist-run pottery shop owned and operated by Amanda Amolsch. Each piece is handmade and many items are one-of-a-kind. Small variations in glaze, size, color, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Orders are placed directly on this website through the cart system (Snipcart). Accurate contact and shipping information must be provided so each piece can be delivered correctly. All prices are in USD. Gr33n Thumb Pott3ry reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious error, suspected fraud, or items that are no longer available. Payments are processed securely by Snipcart on behalf of the shop, and full card numbers are not stored on this website.

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within the time stated on the site (typically 1–2 days to pack and process) and are sent via USPS or similar services, with tracking when available. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. If the carrier delays or damages a package, contact Gr33n Thumb Pott3ry as soon as possible so a solution can be arranged.

Orders are shipped from the United States. Packages sent outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Customers in the EU or UK generally have 14 days from receiving an item to state an intention to cancel. Because these pieces are handmade and sometimes made-to-order, returns may be limited for custom pieces, but every effort will be made to find a fair solution.

Because these are handmade items, full returns based on a simple change of mind are not always available. If an item arrives damaged in transit, email photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label within 5–7 days so a claim can be filed with the carrier and a replacement or refund can be arranged where possible.

All photos, text, designs, and the logo on this site belong to Gr33n Thumb Pott3ry and may not be reused without permission.

This site is intended to be usable by as many people as possible. The website is built with standard HTML, alt text on images where available, and keyboard-focusable navigation. Some parts of the experience (such as the cart popup) are provided by Snipcart, the ecommerce provider for this shop. If checking out or viewing a product is difficult because of an accessibility issue, email aamolsch@yahoo.com so the order can be completed another way.
